How To Search SEC Website For 10-Q?

In today’s article we will look at how to find 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other type of filings filed by companies through SEC’s website. Do follow below steps.

Step 1: Go to SEC website https://www.sec.gov/

Step 2: Click on Company Filings

Step 3: We can search for a company in two ways i) Through company name and ii) Through its ticker symbol

Step 4: Let’s check filings for Wells Fargo (WFC). Enter WFC in ticker symbol field and click on search

Step 5: We have the list of all filings which the company has filed

Step 6: We want to look at 10-Q, so I will type 10-Q in filing type box and click on search

Step 7: We get the list of all 10-Q filed by the company

Step 8: Click on Document under format and your filing opens

Step 9: We will see all the documents which are filed along with 10-Q, Click on the first .htm link and that’s the latest 10-Q for Wells Fargo (WFC)
